Led by Bianca, Keep Connected Support Coordination is a team of 6 NDIS Support Coordinators and one dedicated Admin staff.

Bianca, Rebecca, Jessica, Katherine, Rachel and Michelle all have varied and extensive experience within the Community services sector and NDIS space.

Our goal at Keep Connected Support Coordination is to educate our customers on how the NDIS can assist them to lead a life they chose. We want to use our expert knowledge to support our participants to understand what can be spent within each budget and how to use this creatively to achieve their goals. 

Our mission is simple - we empower for people with disabilities to achieve their goals; no matter how big or small.
